Soon the new SMS and email notification service for all customers will be available. The function is is currently rolling out to selected pilot customers for quality assurance before the service will be widely available.
With the new function, patients can get, for example, automatically notifications on appointments. Additional also direct messages can be written to patients, which are comprehensibly documented in the patients medical history.
